The comments and compliments from the speakers and guests were very heartening. Some highlights:
Mr Soli J. Sorabjee: “The function was well organised and the message of the conference, peace and harmony is very relevant. My congratulations to the organisers.”
Prof. V.N. Rajashekharan Pillai: “Very relevant seminar on Dr Ikeda's 2008 peace document. Commendable activities of the foundation. Dr Ikeda's message and his activities are of relevance to mankind at all times.
Dr Kiran Bedi: “This organisation is a crusader for peace. I love the concept of a shift from 'cluster of bombs' to clusters of peace. Thank you for this day.
Dr. K.K. Chakravarty: “The Ikeda peace proposal 2008 is an opportunity to align thoughts and practices of peace building, texts and contexts, ethos and pathos. It is an opportunity of connecting IGNCA to its cultural and mental hinterland. It is also an occasion for self introspection for inciting further exertion. We look forward to meeting the radiant peace warriors of Soka Gakkai and all fellow travellers again and again.”
Dr Sudha Arora, Founder Chairperson, Global Human Rights Association, wrote: “Interesting, thought provoking and need of the day.”
Mr AK Goyal, a teacher at Modern School shared that he has attended all the three seminars organised under the aegis of the Daisaku Ikeda Corner for Peace and he looks forward to them as they “provide him an opportunity to listen to stimulating presentations and give him hope that there are people who are thinking and acting for world peace.”
All the other visitors wrote to the effect that it was an extremely impressive, and well structured seminar, which was thoroughly inspiring, and the need of the day.
