The SOHA exhibition is a joint initiative of the SGI and the Earth Charter International and it introduces a positive vision for sustainable living that can contribute to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The online exhibition was organized by Peace forum club and Psy-spiritual club, Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences (AIPS), Amity University in collaboration with BSG. Around 100 students and faculty viewed the exhibition.
The exhibition started with a powerful dance performance by the students of the AIPS.
A group of students from the college and from Campus group of BSG (in Amity University) presented the panels and elaborated on the need to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through individual actions. Several examples of the ‘Power of One’ to bring about a great transformation in society, from the exhibition panels, were shared by the students.
The exhibition concluded with an interactive Question-Answer session in which students asked various questions on implementation of SDGs at an individual level and on a larger scale.
College Faculty, Dr. Ranjhana Bhatia, thanked BSG for organizing the exhibition and echoed the message of the exhibition that youth can become the source of great change and transformation.
